BOOKING POLICY


Please kindly note that a deposit of $100 is non-refundable and required to secure your booking with us. The remaining balance is due 10 business days before the event date. 

Additional fee for extra mileage depending on the location will apply, please contact our costumer service for more information. 


VENUE REQUIREMENTS


- 10X10 Feet of Space minimum to operate.

- Access to a Power Outlet within 50 feet of setup area (10amps 3 prong outlet)

- Access to site location 30 minutes prior to the start time for set up.

- If placed outdoors, it must be on a paved surface that’s perfectly level.

- The equipment can't operate around water or in bad weather.


CANCELATION POLICY 


To cancel please contact us 7 days in advance. If the full balance has been paid, a refund will be issued, minus the non- refundable deposit provided. There are no exceptions. Please contact us with any questions.

Fun moment reserves the right to cancel the service if the payment was not made in the determined periods or if the conditions in the venue are not safe or suitable for the equipment or their staff.

Fun moment will give 20 min. of waiting time in case of delays in the hour of the contract. After that period, Fun Moment will bill the extra time based in our price list.
